We would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a rolling software upgrade on Test Agent Appliances (both software and hardware) that are running no longer supported code.
The upgrade will take around 10 min per Test Agent Appliance and will be performed from 1st to 9th Dec 2021.
Should you prefer to handle the upgrade process on your end during a planned maintenance window, please ensure the Test Agent Appliances currently running outdated software code are upgraded before 1st Dec 2021.
The recommended Test Agent Appliance software release is as follows: — Current generation software and hardware platforms — release 3.0.1.35 or newer — Legacy hardware platforms — release 2.24.100
